  • 2 oz blood orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz maple syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • handful of ice
  • 4 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Add the blood orange juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, whiskey, egg whites, and ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
  • Pour the strained cocktail into glasses.
  • To add the rosemary garnish, carefully light up the rosemary sprig with a match or a lighter until it's smoking. Then use as garnish for the cocktail.
