  • 10 radishes sliced
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 5 anchovy fillets cut into ½-inch squares
  • 1 lemon (zest)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, a pinch of salt, and the chopped chives. Mix with a spatula until the ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer the butter mixture to a piping bag with a large star tip.
  • Arrange the radish slices on a serving platter. Pipe a small amount of the chive butter onto each radish slice. Top each buttered radish with a square of anchovy. Garnish with additional chopped chives and and lemon zest.
