A pinch of salt
1tablespoonChivesfinely chopped, plus extra for garnish
5anchovy filletscut into ½-inch squares
1lemon (zest)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, a pinch of salt, and the chopped chives. Mix with a spatula until the ingredients are combined.
Transfer the butter mixture to a piping bag with a large star tip.
Arrange the radish slices on a serving platter. Pipe a small amount of the chive butter onto each radish slice. Top each buttered radish with a square of anchovy. Garnish with additional chopped chives and and lemon zest.
